The Livingston community is grieving the heartbreaking loss of 18-year-old Scarlett Boles, who tragically passed away after a drowning accident at Lake Livingston last weekend. The incident occurred near the boat ramp area and remains under investigation by local authorities.
Scarlett was described by her loved ones as a radiant, loving young woman whose presence brought joy and comfort to all who knew her. She was the only daughter of her mother, who shared an emotional tribute following the devastating accident: “My one and only baby girl, Scarlett, the most precious, beautiful little soul who made me a mother, has passed away from a tragic accident that is still under investigation.”
